  • Engage in Conversations Regarding Design, Specifications, Completed Plans, and Choices with Our Estimation Specialist.
  • Initiate Initial Choices in Collaboration with Our Selections Coordinator.
  • Manage Communication and Negotiations with Tradespeople and Vendors.
  • Settle on a Date to Thoroughly Review and Set the Budget, Construction Agreement, and Financing Arrangements.

Construction
  • Obtain Necessary Permits.
  • Carry Out Site Preparation Activities.
  • Receive and Share Project Schedule Prepared by Our Estimation Specialist.
  • Conclude Selections in Partnership with Our Selections Coordinator and Interior Designer.
  • Validate On-Site Meetings with Clients Throughout Construction.
