- Manage Communication and Negotiations with Tradespeople and Vendors.
- Settle on a Date to Thoroughly Review and Set the Budget, Construction Agreement, and Financing Arrangements.
- Obtain Necessary Permits.
- Carry Out Site Preparation Activities.
